2. Information We Collect

We collect: (a) Contact information — your name, email address, phone number, and message when you use our contact form; (b) Account information — your name and email address when you register for our customer portal; (c) Support data — the content of tickets and communications you submit through the portal; (d) Technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically for security and performance purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide and manage IT services, operate the customer portal, send service-related communications, and improve our website. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data: Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on our forms — Cloudflare, Inc., USA); Tawk.to (live chat widget — Tawk.to, Inc., USA); ERPNext (self-hosted CRM system used to manage service requests — data stays on our own servers in Canada); Umami Analytics (privacy-friendly web analytics — no cookies, no personal data collected, aggregate traffic statistics only — Umami Software, Inc., USA). Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. Where data is processed outside Canada, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

5. Customer Portal

If you register for our customer portal, we store your name, email address, and encrypted password. Portal data — including invoices and support tickets — is managed through our self-hosted ERPNext system and is not shared with third parties. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use functional cookies necessary for our website to operate (session management, language preference). We do not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through the banner displayed on your first visit.

7. Your Rights (Law 25 / PIPEDA)

Under Quebec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Law 25) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to: access your personal information; request corrections; withdraw consent; request deletion of your data. 8. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months for service follow-up, then deleted. Portal account data is retained for the duration of our service relationship and up to 12 months after account closure. Server logs are retained for 90 days.

9. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your data. As a managed IT services provider, data security is central to our operations and culture.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
